Shipping policy

Delivery & Handling Time

Your orders are carefully picked and packed by our Crafty team. We aim to ship orders by the next working day and the majority of orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail second class delivery which is 2-3 working days. Standard delivery is free for UK customers.

We can provide a tracked service upon request with an additional charge. 

 

Public Holidays

Our shop will remain open during UK Public holidays but please allow extra time for delivery.

 

Duty & Tax for International Orders

If your delivery address is situated outside of the UK, you may be subject to duty and import tax. Please note that the consumer is responsible for paying this fee.
